For the safety of your Scout, Scouts need to have a current medical form on file with the Scout Troop at all times,  Updated every 12 months.  In order to attend hikes, camp-outs, etc with the Troop, Medical Form Part A & B MUST be current.   This takes only a few minutes to complete.
