October 18-20th Troop 422 backpacked at Grundy Forest located near Monteagle Mountain. We hiked the 4.8 miles of the Fiery Gizzard trail and visited the Dog Hole Mine. We also stopped at Raven’s Point, a scenic overlook. We returned the next day taking the ridge trail back to the parking lot. Billy S. Troop Historian
