Backpacking at Stone Door

On the weekend of July 19, 2008, scouts and leaders of Troop 422 went on a backpacking trip to Stone Door, in the South Cumberland State Park.  The troop hiked over three miles in on the Stone Door Rim trail to Alum Gap, stopping along the way to enjoy the view from Stone Door.  After setting up camp and eating lunch at the Alum Gap campground, the scouts hiked over Greeter Falls and the Blue Hole pool for a cool splash in the pool.

Here are photos from the weekend.
